Request a return or cancellation online

Access my orders and request a return or cancellation. Sign in using the email address used for your purchase and the code received by email, then select the relevant order. You will receive an email confirming your request. This process supplements the notification methods set out below; it is not a condition for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.

Returns should be easy to understand. X-FUN STUDIO distinguishes your statutory right of withdrawal from our return option available for up to 30 days after receipt.

1. Your statutory right of withdrawal

For a distance purchase, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your item to inform us of your decision to withdraw, without having to give a reason. The day of receipt is not counted. If several items from the same order are delivered separately, the period starts upon receipt of the last item. The statutory rules extending a deadline that falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday apply.

Send your request to contact@x-fun.shop or by post to Mohamed Hida EI — X-FUN STUDIO, 60 Avenue Vallis Clausa, 84170 Monteux, France. You may use the form at the bottom of this page, but doing so is not compulsory. Any statement clearly expressing your intention to withdraw is sufficient.

You must then send the item back no later than 14 days after communicating your decision. Contact us to receive return instructions appropriate to your order. This step helps us process the parcel; it does not make the exercise of your right subject to prior authorisation.

2. Item condition and return costs

You may examine and try on the item as you would in a shop. When exercising your statutory right of withdrawal, you can only be held liable for a reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item's nature, characteristics and proper functioning, under the conditions provided by law.

Pack the item carefully and retain proof of dispatch. Where possible, include the original accessories, labels and packaging to help us process the return. Their absence does not, in itself, remove your statutory right of withdrawal.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning an item because you have changed your mind. If an item is defective or non-conforming, or if we have made an error, X-FUN STUDIO covers the costs necessary to implement the statutory guarantee.

If the terms of your order provide for a free return or a more favourable benefit, that commitment will be honoured.

3. Refund following withdrawal

We refund the amounts due, including any standard delivery charges for the order when it is returned in full, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notification. Additional charges resulting from your choice of a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery are not refunded.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the item or proof that it has been dispatched, whichever occurs first. The refund is made using the original payment method, unless you expressly agree to another method at no cost to you.

4. Our return option for up to 30 days

After the statutory 14-day period, you may request a return up to the 30th day after receipt. This commercial return option applies to items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, complete and accompanied by their labels.

Write to contact@x-fun.shop within this period, providing your order number and the items concerned. We will send you return instructions. You remain responsible for return costs if you have changed your mind. After we receive the item and check that the conditions above are met, the item will be refunded using the original payment method, within 14 days at the latest.

These additional commercial terms do not reduce your statutory right of withdrawal during the first 14 days or your statutory guarantees.

5. Production to order and personalisation

The fact that a standard item is prepared or printed after you place your order does not remove your statutory right of withdrawal. Choosing a standard size, colour or design offered in our catalogue does not, in itself, constitute personalisation that excludes this right.

If an offer involves a creation made to your personal specifications or clearly personalised for you, you will be informed before ordering that no right of withdrawal applies, in accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code. Statutory guarantees remain applicable.

6. Damaged item, error or defect

Contact us at contact@x-fun.shop, describing the problem and, if possible, attaching photographs. These details help us assess your request; they do not limit your statutory rights. You do not need to contact our manufacturing partner yourself.

Your rights regarding conformity and hidden defects are detailed in the general terms and conditions of sale. They remain applicable after the return periods for a change of mind have expired.
