01 / CANCELLATION PERIOD
In accordance with legislation, you have a period of 30 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return. After this period, no requests will be accepted.
02 / RETURN CONDITIONS (STRICT)
To be eligible for a refund, the item must strictly meet the following criteria:
Condition: Brand new, unworn, unwashed, and free of any marks (odors, stains).
Packaging: Original tags must be intact and sealed.
Proof: Presentation of your order confirmation.
03 / RETURN PROCEDURE

Return Shipping Fees: Return shipping costs are the exclusive responsibility of the customer (except in the case of a proven manufacturing defect).
04 / REFUND PROCESS
Upon receipt and inspection of your item by our team:
Validation: If the item meets the criteria, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Processing Time: The credit will appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days.
Rejection: If the item is damaged or used, the refund will be rejected, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
