01 / ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

 Access to and use of the website x-fun.shop implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms. Any abusive use or attempted alteration of the website will result in the immediate termination of access.

02 / PRODUCTS AND ORDERS

 X-FUN STUDIO strives to ensure the accuracy of visuals and descriptions. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse a transaction in the event of an obvious display error (e.g., 0.99 EUR instead of 99.99 EUR) or suspicion of fraud.

03 / PRICING POLICY

All prices are stated in Euros (EUR) including all taxes (TTC). In accordance with our brand charter, our prices systematically end in .99. Payment is secured by Stripe and Shopify Payments. The user agrees to provide accurate billing information.

04 / MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE

X-FUN STUDIO reserves the right to modify prices or suspend a product without prior notice. These modifications do not affect orders that have already been validated and paid.
